Shillong (Meghalaya ) , Nov 18 : One more person died of COVID19 in the state taking the death toll in the state to 103 so far while 79 new COVID19 cases were detected in the state during the past 24 hours.
A total of 79 new Covid cases were detected in the state today . Among them, 52 are from East Khasi Hills district (High risk- 19,Returnee- 05,Armed forces/ Para-military- 11,Police Personnel- 01,Health worker- 04,Laitumkhrah cluster- 02,Madanrting cluster- 02,Mawprem cluster- 02,Nongmensong cluster- 01,Nongrah cluster- 04 and Nongthymmai cluster- 01), 13 from West Garo Hills district(High risk- 10,Screening purpose- 01 and Returnee- 02), 06 high risk from East Jaintia Hills district, 03 from East Garo Hills district(High risk- 01,Health worker- 01 and Police Personnel- 01), 02 high risk from North Garo Hills district, 02 high risk from West Jaintia Hills district and 01 high risk from South West Garo Hills district.
A total of 59 patients were declared recovered today .
The state now has 753 active COVID19 positive cases while 10014 persons have recovered in the state till date.
