Guwahati(Assam), Sep 19: Zubeen Garg, the renowned Assamese singer, composer, and actor, has passed away at the age of 52 in Singapore due to a scuba diving accident. He was rescued from the sea by Singapore police and taken to a hospital, where he was placed in the intensive care unit (ICU) for treatment. Unfortunately, he didn’t recover and was confirmed dead by the hospital.
Garg had traveled to Singapore to participate in the Northeast Festival, where he was scheduled to perform.
