Meghalaya records 10 more fatalities , 603 fresh cases

Shillong ( Meghalaya), June 10 : 10 more Covid -19 patients succumbed to their infections on Thursday taking the death toll so far 704 .

While 6 fatalities were reported from East Khasi Hills , 2 each were from East Jaintia Hills and West Jaintia Hills .

According to official sources , 603 fresh Covid -19 cases were detected in the state today taking the number of active cases to 5,105 .

A total  umber of 427 patients undergoing treatment for Covid -19 were discharged today after full recovery.
