Imphal(Manipur), June 10 : Manipur reported 730 new cases and 10 deaths today. The total number of infections in the state has reached 58,081 and 925 total deaths. The number of active cases in the state now stands at 9,359.
The positive cases from the general population are from Imphal East (160), Imphal West (225), Thoubal (101), Bishnupur (48), Kakching (55), Ukhrul (5), Churachandpur (87), Chandel (3), Senapati (13), Tamenglong (10), Tengnoupal (1), Kamjong (1), Pherzawl (1), Jiribam (13) and Noney (7).
In the last 24 hours, the State Level Covid 19 Deaths Audit Committee reported ten COVID-19 deaths. Imphal West (6), Imphal East (1), Thoubal (2) and Churachandpur (1), The facility wise distributions are RIMS (2), JNIMS (4), Babina (1), Shija Hospital (1), DH Thoubal (1) and DH Churachandpur (1).
The death toll has now stands at 925.
As per the Health Department, 668 persons were discharged, out of which 505 are from home isolation. The recovery rate is 82.29 per cent.
