Sohra (Meghalaya), May 26: A tourist couple, Raja Raghuvanshi and his wife Sonam, from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, went missing in Sohra after renting a two-wheeler to explore the area.
The couple was last seen on Sunday and their phones have been switched off since, sparking a police search. The police are investigating the situation, including checking CCTV footage and speaking with locals.

According to sources, the couple had been in Sohra for past 2 -3 days, and their families had been trying to reach them since yesterday evening. When they failed to respond, the families lodged a missing person’s report with the local authorities.
The Sohra Police Department has launched an investigation and is reviewing CCTV footage to trace the couple’s last known whereabouts. “We are taking this case seriously and are working to locate the couple as soon as possible,” said a police spokesperson.
