Shillong (Meghalaya) , Nov 21: The Shillong Literary Festival 2025 has continued to captivate audiences with its rich array of intellectually stimulating sessions and discussions. Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma reflected on the festival’s evolution and announced the expansion of the Chief Minister’s Research Grant to support 75 scholars for research on the Khasi, Garo, and Jaintia tribes. He also revealed plans to transform Ward’s Lake into a cultural hub with a ₹50 crore upgrade.
