Shillong (Meghalaya), Nov 30: In an exclusive interview with our correspondent, a senior university official revealed that the NEHU VC, Prof Prabha Shankar Shukla has sent a complaint to Delhi, alleging that the agitating teachers and students are being backed by a rival political party.
The official, who wished to remain anonymous, shared a copy of the complaint with our correspondent. The complaint alleges that the agitation is not just about the VC’s joining but is part of a larger conspiracy to destabilize the university.
