Shillong (Meghalaya), Sept 9: Lt Kunal Prasad of 42 Meghalaya Bn NCC was commissioned as an officer into the 13 Jammu & Kashmir Rifles of the Indian Army on Saturday, 9 Sept 2023 at Officers Training Academy, Chennai.
An alumnus of St Edmunds College, Lt Kunal joined through the NCC special entry scheme.
