Shillong (Meghalaya), April 26: Unidentified miscreants hurled a petrol bomb at the residence of Meghalaya Deputy CM Sniawbhalang Dhar’s residence situated at Nongmynsong locality here on Thursday night.
According to reports, miscreants hurled the petrol bomb from the roadside which landed at the balcony of Deputy CM s residence.
An FIR has been lodged and police have increased security across the premises.
Meanwhile, police have intensified security at the residences of all VIPs and vital installations across the city.
This is the second incident within a span of week.

On Wednesday, miscreants threw a petrol bomb like object at the escort vehicle of NEEPCO director (personnel).
