Shillong ( Meghalaya), Aug 30 : Former Additional Advocate General, WHD Syngkon passed away at NEIGRIHMS early on Monday morning.
He was 70.
The mortal remains of late Syngkon was taken to his residence at Mawkhar and the cremation was held at Jaiaw Seng Khasi Thang Briew Crematorium .
Known for his wit and humour , Bah Hum was the President of the Shillong City Congress for many years and was also with the MPCC Legal Cell .
