Guwahati(Assam), April 23 : A person from Dhubri district was detected in a the test today for being infected with a disease.
The said person came in touch with a person who is infected with the virus here.

With this fresh case the number of people in Assam infected has gone up to 35.
The state health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted at 11.20 am today Alert ~ A man from Bilasipara, Dhubri has tested #COVID positive. He has a history of being in touch with another patient, who was part of Athgaon Majid congregation in Guwahati.
The number of patients is now 35.
