Shillong(Meghalaya), April 22: The family members of (L) John L Sailo Ryntathiang in Nagaland have urged the Meghalaya government to track the source of the virus instead of allowing conjecture to dominate the narrative,” the family members of (L) Dr Sailo, who succumbed to the virus, from Nagaland said.
The family members said that despite the son-in-law being tested negative for COVID-19 twice and earlier testing negative for COVID-19 in Imphal, he was still made as the suspected source.
Arthur Wungthingthing is son-in-law of Dr. John L. Sailio Rynthathiang, director of Bethany Hospital here , who died due to COVID -19.
Ever since his tragic death the people of Shillong has been blaming the son-in-law, a pilot with Air India of infecting Late Dr. Sailo Rynthathiang.
His son – in law had also issued a public statement in connection with the controversy stating that all the successive tests for COVID -19 on him had tested negative .
