Guwahati (Assam), Nov 6 : This Diwali Ma Kamakhya temple will have a new look as Mukesh Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Reliance Industries has donated 20 kgs of gold to redo the main dome of the famous Shakti peeth .
In fact during his visit to the shrine in 2018 he has said that he wanted the main dome of the temple to be designed with gold and he would bear all the expenses
According to the Doloi of the temple the preliminary works has already been completed and would be ready by Deepawali this year .

He said that the Reliance group has sent workers from their company and the gold which was brought under tight security.
The temple has also been beefed up with tight security provided by the company itself.
