Guwahati ( Assam) , June 23 : 30 more Covid -19 patients succumbed to their infections while 2728 new cases were detected in the state in the last 24 hours .
The cases were detected after conducting 1,66,227 tests.

Kamrup (Metro) reported 187 new cases .
Confirming the numbes , chief minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma said the overall positivity percentage for day was 1,64 % and the recovery rate stood at 92. 63 %.
