Guwahati (Assam) , Aug 8 : 6 more critically ill Covid patients succumbed to their infections taking the toll to 132 .
The patients who died have been identified as Prabin Kumar Agarwala aged 57 years from Dhubri; Ms. Sita Devi aged 56 years from Kokrajhar ; Renu Gogoi aged 60 years from Dibrugarh ; Sameer Deb aged 61 years from Cachar ; Abdul Gofur aged 68 years from Nagaon and Nilmani Chakraborty aged 69 from Kamrup Metro .
Confirming the death Health Minister , HB Sarma tweeted , “Six more COVID patients succumbed to their infections today~ Late Praban Kumar Agarwala (57) of Dhubri, Late Sita Devi (56) of K’jhar, Late Renu Gogoi (60) of D’garh, Late Samar Deb (61) of Cachar, Late Abdul Gofur (68) of Nagaon & Late Nilmani Chakraborty (69) of Kamrup (M).”
