Shillong(Meghalaya), May 21; Nangkiew Irat SC flipped the script Wednesday, ending Langsning FC’s historic 10-match MSL win streak with a 3-1 upset at SSA Stadium.
Wallamsuk Nongkhlaw struck twice, converting a 25th-minute penalty and heading in the 50th-minute winner after sub Kyrmenskhem Mukhim had leveled for Langsning in the 42nd. Justerwell Tham’s 81st-minute finish sealed it, avenging Nangkiew’s 6-1 loss just two days earlier.
