Meghalaya : Minor Explosion at Laitumkhrah market in Shillong

Shillong ( Meghalaya), Aug 10 : A minor blast occurred near Laitumkhrah Market here at around 1.30 pm today .
According to the residents of the area, the intensity of the blast was quite powerful and rattled the doors of some residential houses .

Police teams have already reached the spot but the exact nature of the blast is yet to be known .

According to the residents of the area ,a lady running a tea shop was injured and rushed to nearby Nazareth hospital .
