Imphal(Manipur),June 15: Out of 8,074 tests, 785 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed on Tuesday in Manipur, taking the total cases to 61,096. The new cases included 13 personnel from the Central Armed Police Force.
Imphal West district and Imphal East district continue to report the majority of fresh cases with 309 and 114 new cases respectively.

In the last 24 hours, the State Level Covid 19 Deaths Audit Committee has reported eight Covid 19 deaths, taking the death toll to 998.
On Tuesday, 476 persons were discharged, as the recovery rate slightly improved to 84.05 per cent. There are 8,744 active cases in the state at present.
