Shillong (Meghalaya), June 23 : Chief Minister , Conrad K. Sangma, inaugurated the newly constructed Block Integrated Development Complex at Khatarshnong Laitkroh today, June 23, 2025. The ceremony was performed by Pailastar Kharkongngor, Sirdar of Elaka Laitkroh.
Several dignitaries attended the event, including MLAs Gavin M. Mylliem and Matthew B. Kurbah, Principal Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya Sampath Kumar, and other senior officials.

In his address, CM Sangma emphasized the importance of utilizing the complex for community development, stressing that the building’s value lies in the work done within it. He also engaged with citizens through the CM Connect program, listening to their concerns and suggestions.
