Shillong(Meghalaya), April 27: One more accused was arrested today in connection with the murder case In Ichamati and Dalda under East Khasi Hills district.
The arrested person has been identified as Ostemic Marbaniang(34) hailing from Jaiaw Latidom locality.
SP, East Khasi Hills, Rituraj Ravi informed that in connection with Shella P.S. Case no .08(04)2024 and Shella Case no 09( 04)2024 u/s 302/34 IPC where Late Ishan Singh & Late Sujit Dutta was murdered in Ichamati ,one accused person , Ostemic Marbaniang(34 years) S/O Smt Tila Marbaniang R.O Jaiaw Laitdom ,Shillong was arrested on 27.04.2024 from Jaiaw .
Ravi also appealed to the people to maintain peace and order and all miscreants who in a manner to break law & order will be strictly dealt with law.
This is fourth arrest in connection with the Ichamati double murder case.
