Shillong(Meghalaya), April 20: The Supreme Court collegium has proposed to appoint Justice Biswanath Somadder, a Judge of Allahabad High Court, as the Chief Justice of the Meghalaya High Court.
The collegium has also recommended transfer of Meghalaya High Court Chief Justice, Justice Mohammad Rafiq as the Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court.
