Guwahati ( Assam), June 14 : 43 more Covid -19 patients succumbed to their infections while 3678 new cases were detected in the state in the last 24 hours .
Among the new cases Kamrup Metro reported 232 cases .
Confirming the figures Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet said that 3678 new cases were detected after conducting 1,46, 046 tests .

Dr . Sarma said that the overall positivity percentage for the day was 2,52 % and the recovery rate stood at 90.34 %.
