Guwahati( Assam) , June 17 : 41 more Covid -19 patients succumbed to their infections and 3477 new cases were reported in the state in the last 24 hours .
The new cases were detected after conducting 1, 54 , 264 tests .
Kamrup Metro reported 169 new cases .

Confirming the figures , Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet said the overall positivity percentage for the day was 2.55 % and recovery rate stood at 91.08 % .
