Kokrajhar (Assam) ,April 01: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has termed the Congress led ‘Mahajoth’ is a ‘Mahajuth’ party in the state as Congress and its alliance partners never thought for the welfare and development of the common masses.
On Thursday,Modi while addressing an election campaign rally at Green Field Bodofa Nwgwr here in support of UPPL candidates, said that the ‘Mahajoth’ is pretending as a political lobby by putting false promises and assurances only to attract the voters for their political gain in the state.
“Mahajoth means Mahajuth or false promises to the voters as Mahajoth never thought about welfare and development of common citizens”,Modi said.
He said that the NDA stands for development of the citizens with dedication and integration among all sections of the society.
He said that the BJP led NDA government was working for peace, progress and protection of of the citizens with development.
Modi while expressing unhappiness over few members of the former militant group , NDFB reportedly returning to the jungles , said that the government has been working towards social upliftment and development through bold initiative in the region.
He has urged upon all militant groups to shun arms struggle and return to the mainstream to for healthy living and integration in the society.
He said that NDA government is committed towards development and welfare of the society.
Modi also claimed that NDA candidates would be winning in all constituencies across the BTC districts with massive support from the general people.
He said that NDA alliance is forming the next government in Assam with the spirit of development .
PM Narendra Modi was accorded a warm welcome and felicitation with a traditional Eri coat, Aronai and traditional musical instrument Serja here today during the election rally.
Modi arrived at Green Field Bodofa Nwgwr as per schedule at 10.50 am in a Helicopter from Hasimara air force station.
Meanwhile, Bodoland Territorial Region ( BTR) chief executive member Pramod Boro said that BPF president Hagrama Mohilary has now become a leader with false promises among the society and the leaders of BPF party are ditching the party.
On Thursday , UPPL chief Boro , said that due to autocratic attitude of BPF chief Hagrama Mohilary, Tamulpur candidate Rangja Khunggur Basumatary quit the party on Wednesday.
He said that BPF candidates would loose in all contesting constituencies in the assembly elections.
“BPF’s influence has now become value less due to their insincerity towards the upliftment of the society”,he said.
He informed that all contesting candidates of the BJP UPPL parties would be emerging victorious in all contesting constituencies during the assembly elections.
He also expressed his confidence that the NDA alliance candidates would be winning majority of the seats during the first and second phase of the assembly elections.
He said that people are expecting massive parivartan and development and would be accordingly voting in favour of UPPL BJP alliance parties in the ongoing assembly elections.
