Shillong ( Meghalaya ) , April 1 : 91.1 Mirchi, a premium radio station in the city recently celebrated its 4th anniversary.
Ever since it started in the year 2017, the station has played a key role in bringing the best of infotainment to all age groups.
The station has also been instrumental in bringing to light certain social and environmental issues plaguing the society. On its 4th anniversary, MIPR Minister James Sangma visited the station, sat behind the console and went on air as RJ Jamie.

A light-hearted conversation followed between him and Mirchi RJ Nicky J where he shares about his life experiences and gave out a message to the youth to take active participation in politics.
