Guwahati(Assam), Sept 30 : Seven out of total of eleven students enrolled in 2018 –19 session under Welder Trade of ITI Golaghat – NRL Centre of Excellence have got employment. One is employed in G-Tech Industry, Golaghat, four of them in 2F Honda Motorcycle & Scooter Pvt. Ltd., Rajasthan and two in M/S INDO & BADVE, Rajasthan.
Numaligarh Refinery Limited adopted ITI Golaghat on long lease through a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Directorate of Employment & Craftsmen Training (DECT), Govt. of Assam and re-christened the institute as ITI Golaghat-NRL Centre of Excellence.
The ITI Golaghat – NRL Centre of Excellence offers DECT approved courses to facilitate the youths of Assam and other Northeastern States to develop requisite skills for employability prospects particularly in the Industrial sector including hydrocarbon.
