Shillong(Meghalaya), Dec 8 : The United Democratic Party (UDP) has finalized its candidates for four MDC seats in the upcoming elections. The party has been working to strengthen its presence in the region, and this move is seen as a significant step in that direction.

The UDP had constituted a state election committee (SEC) earlier to select candidates for autonomous district council (ADC) elections. With the announcement of these four candidates, the party is gearing up for a strong contest in the MDC elections.
