NEHU decides to conduct CUET for the undergraduate programmes of Central Universities

Shillong ( Meghalaya), April 21 : The North Eastern Hills University (NEHU) today took the decision to conduct the Common University Entrance Test( CUET) for the Undergraduate programmes of Central Universities.

This decision was taken at the meeting of NEHU Vice Chancellor with Meghalaya Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui and Principals of various colleges held at the Multi Convention Hall of the University.

Speaking to media, some of the principals said they were not fully convinced of holding such a Common University Entrance Test, as many of the queries are yet to be answered.
