Shillong (Meghalaya) ,May 4: The 4 th Meghalaya Games 2022 is abuzz with multiple events going on around Shillong city. The busiest day will be Thursday, with 15 different disciplines seeing plenty of action.
The Sports Authority of India (SAI) Centre in NEHU is the focal point of the Games, with Men’s & Women’s Football, Archery, Athletics, Karate and Table Tennis all beginning from the morning.
At the nearby NEHU Indoor Hall, badminton matches will be held .
Women’s Football, meanwhile, is being held at Mawlai Madan Heh and Boxing at the Mawlai Mawroh Community Hall.
At the indoor stadium at NEIGRIHMS, the Basketball finals will begin from 3pm, while Golf gets going early in the morning at Shillong Golf Course.
Closer to the city Centre, Tennis and Billiards, Snooker will be held at Shillong Club, Judo will be at Laban Indoor Stadium and Swimming at the nearby Crinoline Swimming Pool. In the hills above there will be Cycling in Malki Forests and at Assam Regimental Centre the Shooting events will be conducted .
