Imphal (Manipur ), Mar 11: In a shocking incident, three Border Security Force (BSF) jawans lost their lives, and eight others were injured when their truck met with an accident in Manipur’s Senapati district. The tragic incident occurred at Changoubung village, where the truck carrying 37 personnel fell into a gorge.
According to officials, the bodies of the deceased have been kept at the District Hospital in Senapati, while the injured personnel are receiving medical attention. The condition of some of the injured is reported to be serious.
Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla has expressed deep sorrow over the incident, extending his condolences to the families of the deceased and wishing for the speedy recovery of the injured.
