Shillong (Meghalaya), May 27 : Five more Covid -19 cases were detected in the state peo taking the total number of cases in the state to 20.
Confirming the cases state Chief Minister, Conrad K Sangma said that all 5 persons were Delhi – Haryana returnees.

He said that they are presently under quarantine at Corona Care Centre here and asymptomatic.
With this the total number of Covid cases now stands at 20, 7 active cases, 12 released after being cured and 1 death .
Chief Minister , Conrad sangma tweeted at 12,17 am , ”Five more people who came recently from Delhi-Haryana have been tested positive for COVID19. They are at Corona Care Centre, Shillong and asymptomatic. Total active cases in the state as of now is 7 (2+5).”
