State Govt yet to clear Rs. 22 Lakhs for hiring vehicles during Amit Shah’s visit to Shillong

Shillong(Meghalaya), March 29 : RTI activist Disparsing Rani today informed that the North Eastern Council (NEC ) had sanctioned an amount of 22 lakh rupees to the state Government as payments for hiring of vehicles during the visit of Union Home Minister, Amit Shah to Meghalaya in January last year.

Speaking to the media, Rani informed that after filing an RTI he came to know that the NEC had already released the money and the state Government is yet to make payments for hiring of vehicles during his visit .
