Shillong ( Meghalaya), Feb 26 : Devraj Mohapatra secured the top spot in the men’s recurve category at the NTPC Khelo India North East Zone Open Archery Tournament here , showcasing Meghalaya’s archery prowess. The event, hosted by Archery Association of Meghalaya, saw participation from over 120 archers across six northeastern states.
Yumnam Anupama Devi (Manipur) and Kevikieno Rikha (Nagaland) won gold and bronze in women’s recurve, respectively. Meghalaya’s Vivek Sunar took bronze in the men’s recurve.
