Assam Covid -19 : 29 more fatalities , 4489 fresh cases , 1645 in Kamrup(M)

Guwahati ( Assam), May 3 : A total of 4489 new Covid -19 cases were detected and 29 more patients succumbed to their infections in the state today .

Among the new cases ,1645 cases were only reported from Guwahati and its adjoining areas .

The overall positivity percentage (4489 cases out of 55939 test done was 8.02%).

The recovery rate was 88.91%.

The total vaccines administered till date is 26,73,928 out of 80,611 were administered on Monday.

Total vaccines available in stock is 3,37,220.
