Guwahati(Assam) , April 30 : The state on Friday registered 3197 new Covid -19 cases out which 1184 were from Kamrup (Metro) .
The overall positivity percentage was (3197 cases out of 72239 test done = 4.43%).

26 more Covid -19 patients succumbed to their infections .
Health Minister , Dr .Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted , ” We have vaccinated more than one lakh people today (1,27,555),Total doses administered till date 24,66,321, 1st dose 19,35,166, 2nd dose 5,31,155, Total Vaccinated today 1,27,555, Total vaccines available in stock 5,37,720.”
Dr. Sarma also visited the new Oxygen production unit of Luit Aero Products at Silapathar in Dhemaji today for which an MoU was signed recently. The plant has a production capacity of 3.9 MT/day.
