2 more Covid deaths in Assam on Thursday , tally 50

Guwahati (Assam), July 17 : 2 more crtically ill Covid patients succumbed to their infections on Thursday taking the death toll to 50.

According to official sources, 50 -year- old Bidul Ahmed from Baksa district and 63 -year- old Upen Ch Sharma from Kamrup Metro succumbed to their infections on Thursday .

Assam health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweeted ,: “Disheartening to let you know that we lost two precious lives today to #COVID19.Shri Bidul Ahmed (50) from Baksa & Shri Upen Ch Sharma (63) from Kamrup (Metro) succumbed to their infections today,”
