Shillong (Meghalaya), May 8: The Meghalaya government has imposed a night curfew in areas along the approximately 40 km unfenced portion of the India-Bangladesh border in the state.
The decision comes after inputs suggested a likelihood of cross-border movements, making the region prone to infiltration and smuggling.
