Meghalaya Covid -19 : 6 more deaths , new cases at 354

Shillong ( Meghalaya) , July 7 : 6 more Covid patients succumbed to their infections in the last 24 hours taking the death toll to 886 .

While 4 deaths were reported from East Khasi Hills, 1 each was reported from North Garo Hills and West Jaintia Hills .

According to official figures , 354 new cases were detected in the state on Wednesday with East Khasi Hills on the top with 161 cases .

424 patients were also discharged today and the active cases as of now stands at 4, 229 .
