Shillong (Meghalaya), Dec 22 : A total of 41 new Covid cases were detected in the state today taking the toll to 13 ,299.
Among the new cases , 37 were from reported from East Khasi Hills , 2 from West Garo Hills , and 1 each from Ri Bhoi and West Jaintia Hills .

A total of 43 patients were declared recovered today .
The active cases in the state now stand at 430 after a total of 12, 735 patients have been released after recovery . The death toll so far is 134 .
