Shillong(Meghalaya), April 10: Another 39 fresh Covid cases were detected in the state today taking the total number of active cases in the state to 202.
The fresh Covid cases detected today includes 33 in East Khasi Hills , 3 in West Jaintia Hills , 2 in Ri-Bhoi district and 1 in South West Khasi Hills.

East Khasi Hills has the highest number of 148 active Covid cases. West Garo Hills has 27 cases and Ri-Bhoi district 14 cases.
The state tally stands at 14,246 cases. So far 151 deaths have been reported in the state with 1.06 per cent case fatality rate.
