Imphal(Manipur), June 20 :The State Level Covid 19 Deaths Audit Committee, Government of Manipur reported 8 COVID-19 deaths in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 1,047.
Manipur reported 527 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday. Imphal East and Imphal West districts continue to report the majority of the fresh cases in the state. The caseload has now reached 64,065, according to the Health Department.
444 persons were discharged, out of which 288 are from home isolation, 42 are from RIMS (30)
and JNIMS (12) and the rest 114 are from other Covid care facilities today.The recovery rate stands at 83.36 per cent. There are 9,613 active cases in the state.
As per the latest information, 4,93,501 individuals have been vaccinated in the state.
