Five more Covid deaths in Meghalaya , new cases at 485

Shillong (Meghalaya), July 2 : Five more Covid patients succumbed to their infections in the last 24 hours .

All the patients were from East Khasi Hills .

According to figures shared by the health department , 485 fresh cases were detected on Friday with EKH on the top with 155 new cases .

A total of 365 patients were discharged today after recovery .

The active cases now stand at 4652 .
