Shillong (Meghalaya), Oct 26 : The 172 Bn of BSF Meghalaya organised a free medical camp under Civic Action Programme in East Jaintia Hills District today.
The camp was organised as part of its efforts to ensure the well-being of the population living along the Indo- Bangladesh border.

The medical camp was conducted under the Civic Action Programme at village Kuliang in the West Jaintia Hills district.
During the camp, doctors from BSF and civil conducted free health checkups and distributed medicines to the needy villagers of the bordering villages Kuliang, Barsora, Laijuri & Pyrtakona.
More than 300 local villagers from nearby border areas were medically examined and given medical aid accordingly.
