Shillong(Meghalaya), May 19: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma visited the Shillong Government College of Engineering, which has received AICTE approval for undergraduate courses in civil and electrical engineering. CM Sangma inspected the college infrastructure and met with faculty members to discuss requirements and future plans.

He assured that the government would provide necessary support to upgrade facilities and meet AICTE standards. The Chief Minister also agreed to fund research in science and technology through the Chief Minister’s Research Fellowship (CMRF) initiative, promoting innovation and excellence in the state.
