The coveted awards went to Meghalaya ONE, a unified digital platform providing citizens with seamless access to government schemes and services; the Meghalaya State Geo Portal, which harnesses AI-powered analytics to inform decision-making; and the MOTHER app, a pioneering digital health initiative that has contributed to a significant reduction in maternal deaths and infant mortality rates.
