Dimapur(Nagaland ), Nov 25 : The 13th Nagaland Legislative Assermbly will begion from Thursday .
According to an official bulletin, obituary references, questions, reporting on Assent to Bills, laying of report, laying of the Select Committee Report on the SARFAESI Act’2002, presentation of Assembly Committee Reports, introduction of Government Resolution, Adoption of Government Resolution, and unfinished business (if any) would be the main schedule of the assembly session.
SP Kohima issue traffic regulations: Meanwhile, in view of the winter session of the 13th Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) beginning November 25, the Superintendent of Police (SP), Kohima, has issued traffic regulations as part of the security arrangements.
According to an official statement from SP, Kohima, only vehicles with car passes allotted for recurring session, would be allowed entry to the Assembly Secretariat.
It stated that no vehicles would be allowed to be parked by the roadside from 6 am onwards during the assembly sessions from BSNL Telephone Ex-change till Classic Island, Raj Bhavan till Classic Island- Assembly Secretariat via High school-new CM’s residence to Assembly secretariat.
The statement also stated that heavy vehicles would not be allowed to ply in Kohima town from 6 am till the assembly session is over and also the heavy vehicles would not be allowed to park along D-Block road.
The police authority has further cautioned the defaulting vehicles and their owners.
