Dimapur(Nagaland), Nov 20 : NSCN/GPRN (Reformation) president, Y Wangtin Naga, has informed the Naga people that inspite of all efforts from its group to prevent “unwanted situation”, its “vice-president” Akato Chophi has chosen to“stray away” from the NSCN/GPRN (Reformation).
The NSCN/GPRN (Reformation) president, Y Wangtin, and Ato Kilonser, P Tikhak, through a joint press statement issued on Friday informed that it has expelled Akato Chophi from active “National service” with immediate effect for his “anti-party” activities.
NSCN/GPRN (Reformation) through the press statement has also extended gratitude to NNPGs convenor, N Kitovi Zhimomi, and co-convener, Zophra Vero, Isak Sumi, including all other members of the Working Committee (WC) for taking out their precious and putting all efforts to “douse the crisis”.
They further thanked the Naga people for their constant prayer support during the trying times.
