Ka Sur Ki Nongwet criticises DC for issuing show cause notice to 6 of its members

Shillong ( Meghalaya), Sep 9 : The Sur Ki Nongwest today strongly criticized the Deputy Commissioner , East Khasi Hills for issuing a show cause notice to six of its members for violation of protocol issued by the state Government.

The organization questioned the issuing of show cause notice to a handful of people, while a large number of people participated during the various agitational programmes.

The members of Ka Sur Ki Nongwet who met the family members of slain Ex – HNLC leader , C. Thangkhiew said they would support Thangkiew’s family and Ka Sur Ki Nongmawlai in their struggle to get justice.
