Shillong (Meghalaya), Aug 11 : One person was arrested by East Khasi Hills police on Wednesday in connection with IED explosion at Laithumkhrah Bazar on Tuesday .
In a press statement, Assistant Inspector General of Police (A), GK Iangrai informed that the criminal case which was registered in Laitumkhrah Police Station has now been transferred to Crime Branch Police Station, East Khasi Hills, Shillong and investigations are in progress .
