Guwahati ( Assam) , June 9 : 55 more Covid -19 patients succumbed to their infections in the state during last 24 hours .
State Chief Mininister , Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet said that 3751 fresh Covid-19 cases were detected in the state out of which 430 were from Kamrup(Metro) in the past 24 hours .
The new cases were detected after conducting 1,15, 806 tests .

The overall positivity percentage for the day was 3.24 % and the recovery rate stood at 87.99 %
